Program Overview
The ICONS Program is a results-driven experience designed to transform your body, mind, and lifestyle. With three classes per week, this program blends high-level training with advanced diagnostics, personalized meal planning, and exclusive online resources. Every detail is carefully crafted to help you achieve your goals while honoring your busy schedule and commitments.
You’ll start with diagnostic testing to take the guesswork out of your health and fitness. From 3D body scans to hormone and nutrient analysis, you’ll receive precise data to guide your training and nutrition plan. A custom meal plan and access to our online platform ensure you stay supported beyond the studio.
The full program is 12 weeks (3 months.) Our signature ICONS workouts will sculpt and strengthen your body, while wellness strategies—like recovery, stress management, and purpose—help you thrive inside and out. At the end of the program, you’ll celebrate your transformation with a photoshoot and your own personalized Brace Book cover.
Flexibility Built In
If travel or life gets in the way, you can put your package on hold and pick up where you left off. Holiday schedules are already factored into the calendar, so you never miss a beat.
